The National Energy Foundation (NEF) is an educational charity, which describes itself as seeking "the more efficient, innovative, and safe use of energy and to increase the public awareness of energy in all its aspects." Specifically focussing on renewable energy and energy efficiency, the Foundation provides advice, information and training to all energy consumers, with the twin goals of making energy more affordable, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
