The Virtual Field Course project aimed to provide computer-based support for fieldwork and a visual environment for exploring spatially referenced information. The website pages include information on the project and software to download. Funding programme: JISC Technologies Application (JTAP) Programme. Project dates: 3 years from September 1996.
