This project aimed to provide a system that would serve as a test bed for learned societies publishing material for the library market as well as for their members. It was intended to yield information of value to the academic and learned society community as a whole and to assist them in coping with current electronic developments. It was especially concerned to help small learned societies. Project dates: [started 1996]. Funding Programme: Electronic Journals area of the Electronic Libraries Programme (eLib) Programme.
