This project was intended to establish the software infrastructure for an electronic document delivery programme on a national scale, and to pilot its use in a working environment. The completed website comprises only a single page, dated 1997. Funding Programme: Electronic Document Delivery area of the Electronic Libraries Programme (eLib) Programme.
