Project website centred upon a number of related projects ("IMPEL2") which had further sought to monitor, investigate and evaluate organisational and cultural change, using methodology developed for an earlier IMPEL (IMpact on People of Electronic Libraries) Project, into the impact on people of electronic libraries. Site contains: reports; project documentation and conference papers; project background; IMPEL Guides; bibliography; details re contacts and staff; evaluation study; and workshops.Project dates: [1996-1998]. This was one of the successful projects in the Supporting Studies Programme Area as part of the UK"s Electronic Libraries (eLib) Programme.
