The Pricing Experiment Library Information Co-operative Network (PELICAN) is solely a project-based website comprising core project documentation on charging mechanisms for distributing commercially published electronic texts to students. Includes documents such as Project Plans (eg Project Plan, Evaluation Plan, Communication and Dissemination Plan); Minutes of Advisory Board; Literature Review; Scoring Model; Conference Site; Final Report and Appendices. Project dates: 1 Nov 2000-31 Oct 2001. Funded by the Learning and Teaching (5/99) Programme.
