Project-based website providing access to reports, guidelines and software tools. The INFORMS project built upon the earlier work of INHALE and aimed to: enhance students information literacy skills by embedding electronic database tutorials via local Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) into the academic curriculum; transfer the project tools originally created by Huddersfield to the learning environments at the partner sites of Loughborough and Oxford universities; and to establish students¿ searching behaviour and measure the level of literacy skills prior to using the tutorials and again afterwards. Site contains: project documentation; reports; aims and objectives; evaluation; surveys; tools; publications; presentations; partners; project team; and links. Project dates: 1 Oct 2002 - 31 Jul 2003. This was one of the successful projects in the Linking Digital Libraries with VLEs (DiVLE) Programme Area.
