The IL3R project considered the interoperability of Lifelong Learning Records, VLE systems and other stakeholder systems, using IMS LIP and RCD specifications. This website comprises project output in the form of a report of "outcomes" providing recommendation and feedback on the appropriate adoption of the specifications and a firmer understanding of the issues of interoperability within this field. Site also provides access to: project documentation; project background; presentations; partners information; outcomes; contacts; and the final report. Project dates: 3 Sep 2002 - 31 Jul 2003. This was one of the successful projects in the SWaNI Interoperability pilots II programme.
