The National Children's Bureau (NCB) is the umbrella body for children's organisations in England and Northern Ireland. As well as a membership drawn from the sector, the NCB also hosts a long list of semi-autonomous bodies (see below). The NCB was established with the backing of the voluntary sector, in order to provide a coordinating role, and a central point of information. Charity no. 258825, company no. 00952717.
